Regularization of Companies
We work with assistance from the development of the project to obtaining the necessary licenses and authorizations.
The legalization of a company is a prerequisite for it to be able to carry out its activities in the country, such as:
- Operating Permit (City Hall);
- Technical Responsibility Certificates (Professional Class Councils);
- Sanitary Project, Operational Flow Layout or Technical Assessment Report (VISA);
- License and/or Operation Registration (VISA);
- Operating Authorization (ANVISA);
- Size Update (ANVISA);
- Changes in Address, Corporate Name, Legal and Technical Representative;
- Enlargement/Reduction of Class or Activities;
- Renewals of Certificates and Licenses;
- Zoning Consultation – verification with the city hall.
